We now accept Visa, Master and BANK TRANSFER for payment, and Western Union can enjoy 10% discount. 

Shipping Policy

1.Once we receive your orders and confirm your payment, we will process your order in 2-4 working days, it usually takes about 5-10 work days for transporting. If your order is urgent, please email our customer service, thank you!

2.We deliver package by HK Post Air Mail,EMS, USPS and DHL.

4.If you do NOT reply the emails from our customer service exceed 15 days, your order will be cancelled automatically, and 20% handing fee will be charged, thank you!


Cancellation Policy

If your order was successfully placed, but you want to cancel it for your own reasons, we need to charge the handing fee(10% of your total amount). Besides, your order can NOT be cancelled when it was shipped out, thanks for your understanding!

Return Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with the transaction. If not,we accept your returns/replacement within 3 days from the date you received the products.

1.If you want to return the orders, please kindly noticed that you need to pay for the shipping fee to send back, and the shipping fee we paid to send to you will be deducted from the refund, thank you!

2.If you want to exchange for sizes, please kindly noticed that you need to pay for the shipping fee to send back, and also the shipping fee we need to resend it, thank you!

3.We don't accept refunds/replacement for the following reasons:

1.Slight differences in color and details.

2.Customer did not pick up/sign for the package,and package returned back to our supplier.

3.Return packs due to client's rejection or undeliverable address. We will not resend the package at our expense, as the delivery cost is charged. So please make sure your address info,full name and tel.number are 100% correct when you place the order.

Refund Policy

We will process your refund once received your return packages. Please kindly noticed you will receive the refund within 20-30 working days, if you still get your money back over the date ,please contact us as soon as possible, we will assist you with any request regarding to it.
